Double button closure on the sleeve. I would say EXCELLENT CONDITION except for some parts of slightly damaged fabric which are absolutely not visible once worn. The dress looks very good and can still be used for a long time. However, it has signs of use on the sleeve and at the seams A part that this is an item who still has a lot to give
